Please be aware that refunds are only available within the first 60 minutes after payment. After this window, our team promptly starts working on your estimate, making refunds impossible. We use project blueprints and drawings for our estimations. It is important that these documents are up-to-date. We cannot be held responsible for imprecise estimates originating from incorrect or outdated plans.

We use RS Means and ZIP code-based prices to ensure our estimates are spot-on and localized. But prices can sometimes fluctuate. So, before you submit a bid, give us a shout, and we will double-check those numbers for you. We can provide updated, detailed estimates if your project's scope changes. However, there are additional charges for this, but it's a small price to pay for peace of mind. When it comes to delivering your estimates, we have a great track record.
